Amadon, a community leader in Arizona for over 15 years, has been deeply involved in hosting, producing, and organizing events that cultivate spiritual experiences through music, art, and sustainable living adventures.

Guided by a longstanding vision to create an impactful men's group, Amadon founded True North. Recognizing aligned values and complementary strengths in Justin and Adam, he invited them to join him in building this transformative brotherhood and creating a Men's Development Camp designed to change lives. Justin brought his inspiring journey of entrepreneurship, fitness, and business acumen in overcoming obstacles, Adam contributed his expert knowledge and focus on holistic well-being, and Amadon's spiritual wisdom formed the foundation. The three co-created a powerful space where men could discover deeper aspects of themselves. Together, they developed an environment where men could pursue personal growth, spiritual development, and authentic connection through purposeful retreats. Their combined experience created a powerful environment for men to discover their true direction, purpose, and resilience while fostering deep bonds of brotherhood.
